Should I come with clean, wet, or dry hair?
Please arrive with freshly washed hair, fully dried hair, with minimal to no product so I can provide my services efficiently and see your texture at its baseline
Where should I park?
Park in the large lot by the Poinsettia Train Station.
Please check that you are not parked in short term, residential, or school parking.
Do I have to book a consultation before booking a service?
As a new client to me, yes. This way we have a clear goal also proper time and pricing quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
48 hr cancellation policy.. cancelling or rescheduling less than 48 hrs is 50% of service.. day of cancellation/ no show is 100% of service
More than 15 minutes late may result in having to reschedule the appointment and a fee of half the service due to being late; or we can try to do our best with the time we have- may result in leaving out dry time/finishing process
